Job Requirements:

  • Work in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures

  • Manage efficiently the job sites assigned to you

  • The ability to perform accurate dirt, aggregate, and underground materials take offs as necessary

  • The ability to layout with control, all excavations utilizing plans survey stakes, and lasers

  • Inform management, any discrepancies found between the plans and site conditions

  • Communicate labor, equipment and materials needs/changes with Management on a daily basis

  • Maintain and communicate 3 week look ahead schedule, on a weekly basis

  • Maintain as-built drawings

  • Complete all reports related to daily activities

  • Work well with all parties involved including, coworkers, inspectors and management

Personal Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in (civil site work) on-site management

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in grading

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground

Job Requirements:

  • Assist construction site workers in grading and underground operations

  • Interpret survey stakes and plans to provide control ahead of grading and underground operations

  • Inform the Foreman of discrepancies between the plans and site conditions

  • Collaborate with Foreman to maintain as-built drawings

PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE GREATER SACRAMENTO AREA

To Lead in the overall project to ensure a timely project schedule and stay within budget

Preferred candidates will have the following:

  • Construction experience required in complex commercial building

  • Excellent organizational, team management, problem solving and motivational skills

  • Oversee Project pay request and monitor project cost to stay within budget

  • Lead and develop Project Schedule and Budget

  • Assist with Estimating in bidding

  • Coordinate, implement and monitor Project Staff, including Sub-contractor contracts

  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with vendors, subcontractors and owner

  • Punctual, reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule

  • Implement all applicable safety programs

Job Requirements:

  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

  • Knowledgeable in all phases of construction layout

  • Proficient in blueprint and shop drawing plan reading

  • Maintain safe work areas and identify hazards associated with task assignments

  • Must be familiar with concepts, practices and procedures of commercial construction

  • Construct forms for concrete, both vertical and horizontal applications

  • Load/unload materials as needed, up to 100 pounds

  • Proficient carpentry skills for wood framing and backing

  • Ability to accurately and efficiently confirm the trueness of a structure

  • Install prefabricated window frames, door frames and doors, both interior and exterior

  • Able to correctly and efficiently install commercial door hardware

  • Ability to install interior millwork and casework correctly and accurately
